My path to becoming a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional started with my grandfather's example and encouragement. He believed owning the great companies of America and the world where human ingenuity flourishes was the best way to plan for and secure his family's future. It would take me a decade of investing on my own while working in support of the Department of Defense to find my way to helping others with their financial plans.
I am passionate about financial security, particularly for women who navigate that path solo and in 2015 I began partnering with individuals and families on their financial lives. It's the best feeling to work together to improve someone's financial trajectory. Opening possibilities and opportunities that once felt unattainable or to roll with the punches of life without getting knocked out brings me immense satisfaction.
I'm involved in beagle rescue and enjoy the antics and companionship of Macallan and Atholl. I love to travel, hike, cook, and spend time with my family and friends. Finally, I'm a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) with Stop Child Abuse Now (SCAN) of Northern Virginia.
